Sam has 24 hours to clear out his grandad’s old bike workshop.  He remembers grandad teaching him to ride (and pretending to be his favourite superhero, Bicycle Boy). It seems grandad may have left Sam a present somewhere in the workshop, and some clues to find it. But there’s no power and Sam needs electricity to unlock the clues. Can you help him?

If we can connect up enough bikes and pedal like mad we can generate enough power for Sam’s journey. Join us for a musical adventure (and be prepared to help pedal power the performance).

More about Bicycle Boy

The Hurly Burly is a mobile sound sculpture, sonic amusement, twittering machine and junkyard delirium; packed with a tumultuous array of bells, sirens, alarms, whistles and mechanical percussion.

Combined with a live musician & performer the Hurly Burly creates a world of rusty waltzes, fog horn funk and wasteland folk dance.

A mobile Island of Noise, it travels on a rag tag procession through audiences, stopping to perform scrapyard symphonies and scavenger songs.

More about The Hurly Burly

Inspired by stories of wreckers, rescues, and undrownable sailors from the coastlines of Wales, “Shipwrecks – Receivers of The Wreck” is a post-industrial world of broken ships, scavenging, and survival where long-abandoned nets are trapping the stories and messages of those lost at sea.

This is a highly physical show combining circus with dance and drama to tell a universal story of our desire for solitude against the need for collective action for the greater good.

More about Shipwrecks

Come and see an early flying machine with touches of Mad Max and Leonardo da Vinci for good measure.

Set in an imagined future dystopia full of bizarre characters trying to regain the magic of flight, this underworld of crazy contraptions is inspired by 19th century theatre sideshows.
